Our Recruitment and Interview Process

  • An Introductory Call

    We’ll discuss your background and experience, either remotely or in person.

  • Digital Marketing Task

    We’ll give you a fictional task to assess your skills and understand your working style.

  • Interview & Task Presentation

    Visit our office to meet us in person and present your task findings. You’ll also get a feel for where you’ll work.

  • Formal Offer

    If you’re the right fit, we’ll extend a formal offer. If not, we’ll explain why. Transparency is key for us.

  • Reference Check

    Once you accept, we’ll conduct a reference check before finalising your contract.

  • Up and Running

    You'll start with meeting the team, unwrapping your new MacBook Pro, and going through a thorough induction.
